Landmines: Call for Researchers

Liz Bernstein from the International Campaign to Ban Landmines in Canada <    > is circulating this Call which includes:

The first 1,100-page report, Landmine Monitor 1999: Toward a Mine-Free World, was released at the First Meeting of States Parties in Maputo in May 1999, along with a 49-page Executive Summary. The second report and summary will be released at the second meeting in September  2000 in Geneva, Switzerland.
