The International Institute for Sustainable Development has published a 16,000 word summary issue of the Earth Negotiations Bulletin from the Fourth Conference of the Parties to the Framework Convention on Climate Change. This issue includes reports from the COP as well as SBSTA and SBI, the High-Level Segment and an analysis of the meeting.
